  • Like my school reports - OK but could do much better!

    The QCS system provides compliant documentation but isn't the easiest system to use. It was clearly originally designed for Care Homes and no doubt works well for them. From a Domiciliary Care perspective two much of the documentation has been adapted from Care Home documents (with mistakes made by not deleting irrelevant points) and thus we need to check everything with a fine toothcomb to ensure it is correct for our situation.
