Della is a planning Co-Ordinator, she shows dedication and enthusiasm each and every day nothing phases her in her duties, she works tirelessly to make sure the service users have the time they need to enable them to gain back their independence. She listens to the staff and will always do her best to accommodate requests. As a reablement service we take around 90 new clients a week which means that rotas are constantly changing and the need to think outside the box in times of emergencies, Della manages one of the busiest areas but still has time to support others. She is certainly my hero and if I could clone her I would.
