Fin has joined our care home at an unprecedented time of challenge and change, having to learn extra processes and skills quickly to enable him to care for residents in the safest and best way.  Fin has shown strength and self motivation to learn quickly, accept new and challenging pressures whilst also being flexible and adaptable – picking up extra shifts and offering valued help on all floors of our home. He has slotted in perfectly offering our residents the very best level of care.
