Never gave up attitude during this pandemic period. Encouraged staff to support the vulnerable and he was in the midst of it all, not just delegating but making sure that vulnerable members of the society were looked after in a more respectful manner, fulfilling the Person -Centered approach where dignity and choice was paramount.
