Lucy is one of the most caring people you’ve ever met. For such a young girl that has never done care before she shows such enthusiasm in her role, she never sits down as she always finds a job to do. She communicates in such a caring way with the residents and nothing is ever too much for her. She always shows respect for her peers. She is a valued member of Orchard and a pleasure to work with.
