Where do I start… Rachel is simply wonderful. We are predominantly a home for people who live with dementia, at varying stages and some of whom display distressed behaviours.
Rachel is the kindest, most compassionate human being showing never-ending love, patience and understanding for the people we care for. Rachel has full trust of all the people in her care, being a calm, reassuring presence to those people with the most advanced dementia. Rachel has her own health issues but she never let’s this come between her and her care of people. Rachel is an excellent member of the team, well-loved by all. Every home should have a Rachel.
