Richard is a new care coordinator , since starting his new role we have had many compliments about the way in which he deals with difficult situations including the one below from a GP

I am sure that you are aware Richard contacted our GP practice on the afternoon of 8th Apr to report his concerns about an elderly lady he was caring for. Myself and Christine did an urgent home visit. Richard went above and beyond the call of duty to stay with the lady until 7 pm when paramedics arrived as she was not safe left alone. We were impressed at the level of professionalism, his compassion and care towards this lady. He also updated her family and kept us informed after we left so that ambulance response could be escalated appropriately.
