Sarah has gone above and beyond on various occasions. 1 incident was a client sent home from a care home without the correct equipment and she stayed with them until 23:00hrs and made them comfortable as transport to return to the care home did not materialize and then came early the next day to enable the client to be ready when transport arrived to take them to the home.
