Looking after your employee’s mental health and supporting their wellbeing is as important as providing a safe place for them to work. Frequent conversations and engagements with employees are crucial in maintaining a positive mental wellbeing.
QCS has created an Employee Welfare Check Form to support managers to assess the impact the last few months have had on employees, it will help identify staff who may be struggling and enable a support framework to be set up.
