Letter from our CEO to our GP customers
As the global spread of COVID-19 continues, it has brought sudden and sweeping changes to all our lives and has also placed great responsibility on the shoulders of a few.
In the coming weeks and months, our customers working in General Practice will continue to deliver in their pivotal role, supporting patients to maintain their physical and mental health and respond to their healthcare needs.COVID-19 has so far claimed 144 lives in the UK.

In these extraordinary times, Quality Compliance Systems (QCS) has taken the following steps so that you can always provide your staff with the right guidance at the right time.
- New COVID-19 Hub
We have added a new comprehensive COVID-19 Hub to your QCS service platform, and you can already find this hub in the My Policies section. All the policies we believe to be relevant to COVID-19 are grouped under this COVID-19 Hub in three sections for quick access.
- Enhanced Risk Assessment Tool
In addition, we have been working hard to bring forward the launch of our newly enhanced Risk Assessment tool. This brand-new Risk Assessment tool will be offered free to you as part of your current QCS subscription and will include specific risk assessments for COVID-19, empowering you to make safe decisions as you navigate the challenges ahead. This will be available from Monday, 23rd March.
- Daily COVID-19 updates & Best Practice
As the government is briefing the nation daily, we are reviewing relevant policies every day in response to any changes. Our staff are dedicated to ensuring that you continue to have the latest information, videos and fact sheets including up-to-the-minute COVID-19 policy and procedure updates. You can find these here.
We ask you for your help to encourage your staff to respond to the automatic update alerts from our system, ensuring that they read the latest information available.
