The CQC have today released the brand new ‘Provider Handbook. You can view it by clicking HERE 
The handbook details the CQCs new approach to inspection and what they expect of you as a provider.
With the release of this handbook, we are now putting the finishing touches to our guidance, toolkits, stakeholder surveys and mock inspection toolkits that will aide you in meeting the new requirements.
All QCS client will receive online access to this new guidance next week, with a brand new mock inspection toolkits following in the coming weeks. We will email you when its ready for you to access, along with a user guide for these new features.
