As you know, the Care Inspectorate Wales (CIW) is now requiring that you re-register with them, submitting your application by the end of June for Care homes, and the end of August for Community-based services. Once you have re-registered, they will change the way you are inspected, using the new regulations, asking different questions and looking for more evidence of good practice.
