Discipline Policy and Procedure

This policy has been reviewed and updated to confirm that if an employee has less than 2 years’ service, the Discipline Policy and Procedure may be varied or the process may not be followed. This is because an employee who has less than 2 years’ service cannot bring an ordinary unfair dismissal claim. The references have also been checked and updated.
