Clinical Nursing and Residential Specialist
Lisa has wide experience across a variety of roles in the care sector. She qualified as a RGN in 1993, and worked in the NHS for 15 years, holding posts as a Clinical Nurse Practitioner and Clinical Site Manager. She then moved into Domiciliary Care as a Registered Manager and then completed her Diploma in teaching to take on the post of Training Manager. Since 2014 she has worked in the Care Home Sector as a Clinical Manager, Operations Manager and Home Manager, for providers in the Dorset and Hampshire areas, including Colten Care and Care South.
She is passionate about all aspects of clinical nursing, with a special interest in tissue viability.
When she is not working she enjoys motorbike trips with her husband.
