Personalising your Policies & Procedures

This guide shows you how to add your company information to the QCS system, so that all of your policies and procedures are fully customised to your individual care service. One of the reasons this is so important is because the Care Quality Commission (or CQC) require policies to be personalised, and they will look for evidence of this when they inspect you.
