Thank you for your question.

 

You do require the consent of the person or a family member to display their photograph.

 

Often people will be asked for their consent to display photos in a care home on admission.

 

You would need further consent to include a photo in other material such as a brochure.

 

If you wish to use another photo after the person has left or passed away for some other purpose I would expect that you would seek consent from a family member.
