Before you register your domiciliary care agency with CQC you will have to have policies and procedures in place.

It is not required that you have the QCS system in place, but I would suggest that you might have a free trial of the QCS system by ringing 0333 405 33 33 to help you decide. You can also request a free trial by clicking HERE

I would recommend the system.
