Training on Duty of Candour

Should I deliver training to all my staff about the Duty of Candour Regulations? - Diane

Dear Diane,

There is a responsibility laid on all staff to report incidents and it would be for you to decide whether or not it is a notifiable matter.

Therefore I believe that it is essential that staff training is undertaken and that the lines of responsibility are clearly understood by all members of staff.

Best wishes,

Sheila Scott
