What is the process when registering a Domiciliary Care Home with the CQC?
I am in the process to register as a new provider of domiciliary care with CQC? I have submitted the application already, what are the CQC expectations for me to have in place before they visit or interview me, I guess some of the items are insurance, policies etc. Thank you

I want to refer you to the Care Quality Commission guidance on "Apply online as a new provider".

You say in your question that you have submitted your application, if you have submitted your application then you have to wait first for CQC to validate your application and then it will be referred to the Registration Team.
On the CQC website this is what is said about the work of the Registration Team:
"Once validated, applications are sent to the registration team for assessment. How long it takes us to assess and determine your application will depend on a range of factors such as:
How well prepared and ready you are?
Your availability or that of your nominated individual and manager (if you have them) to attend interviews and to facilitate the site visit, how quickly you respond to requests from the registration inspector for further information to support your application. If you are well prepared, your service is ready and there are no delays, it should take ten weeks from the date we validate your application to when we send you our decision.
This decision may be a Notice of Decision to register (NoD) or a Notice of Proposal to refuse (NoP)"
If you haven't submitted your application then you need to be sure that you have complied with all the points above.
