When will the new ratings system start?
It has already started. All the care providers that were part of the second wave of pilots will have already received a rating and those ratings will be published shortly.
The ratings are:
- Outstanding
- Good
- Requires improvement
- Inadequate
We are expecting an announcement in the next few days about exactly how the ratings will be judged so watch this space!
