Call times should never be reduced to accommodate getting from one visit to another. Best practice is to calculate travel time between service users using Google Maps and knowledge of travel in real time, based upon road type and traffic. If the provider uses an electronic rostering software programme, often this will calculate the travel time required between visits based upon postcodes and satellite maps.
