Can I use the office at the back of my house for CQC registration?

It largely depends what kind of service you are registering with the CQC. But, I am presuming it is to establish a domiciliary care agency (DCA). If that is the case, there is nothing stopping you from using a space within your own home, but it will need to be secure, have all the appropriate insurance and be accessible for visitors to your business.
