The standards of care that you need to look at are found on the Care Quality Commission (CQC) website.

Everything you need is on the website.

I would be happy to give you further advice but I think you should look at this first.

You might also like to look at a system such as Quality Compliance Systems (QCS).

The system keeps their customers up to date with all the latest developments both in regulation and practice.
