Hi, I am a new care manager and I am still waiting for my checks to go through. I’m worried about my interview, what are the KLOEs that the CQC will ask about? – Sharon

Dear Sharon,

As you know CQC has five key questions:

Is it Safe?
Is it Effective?
Is it Caring?
Is it Responsive?
Is it Well-Led?

The Key Lines of Enquiry (KLOE) give the prompts and sources of evidence that you will need to answer these five questions.
