It was recommended at a recent inspection that I support service users and their families to be aware of the new Health and Social Care Standards. I have put up a poster, but can you advise of others communication methods I can use to inform all?

Yes, I can think of a few ideas.
Why not put on the agenda of your next resident/relative meeting?
You could go through the roadshow presentation the care inspectorate produced, which you can access here.
There is a very good informative animation, specifically for carers of service users which could be delivered, you will find that here.
I would also show the examples of what they mean to people, all these resources are available on the Care Inspectorate website.
Have copies of the HSCS available to distribute to all and ensure you also have the easy read version available for anyone this may help.
