What sort of placement would be suitable for a gentleman with dementia and complex care needs?

This would depend entirely on his specific needs, his wishes, the wishes of his family/appropriate responsible person. People with dementia and complex needs can live well in many different settings, including their own home, supported living, care homes and nursing homes.

It would also be important when planning a placement to understand if the gentleman has any nursing needs and may be eligible for Funded Nursing Care (FNC) or Continuing Health Care (CHC).
