Since Ashley started at Hulton House he has gone above and beyond for residents and also the staff. He is proactive and very forward-thinking. For example, this morning, writing up the days routine just for one member of staff that hasn’t worked on that unit before just to help her out. If he sees a problem,  it will be addressed correctly and professionally.

Ashley could go far within our team.
