Bridget has worked as a Reablement support worker for many years , despite being TUPEd over 4 times she has not lost her enthusiasm for the work she carries out. Bridget works in a calm and professional way, gaining trust and respect from all she meets. In March the reablemet service was asked to support the discharges of COVID positive clients as you can imagine anxiety amongst the work force was high but Bridget in her usual calm way continued to support clients and received several compliments from service users and their family members
