I would like to nominate Caroline as she always goes and above beyond for all our residents by shopping for them, supporting them when they require support. Stays beyond her hours of working to support the residents and team and to gain more knowledge always wanting and willing to learn things, she is a big asset to Abbey village and has worked hard in becoming a mentor within the team. She has worked hard in becoming a safeguarding champion within the home. Caroline is so thorough in all she does. Caroline deserves some recognition for all she does.
