Debbie is the most kind, caring and considerate carer I know and that’s an understatement, she has worked at the home since April 2005 and nothing is ever too much trouble for her.

She has always treated the residents with the utmost respect and dignity. Debbie always goes beyond the call of duty, not just for residents but her colleagues too.

For me as the Manager she was an absolute fabulous rock during the floods back in February 2020, so fabulous she kindly offered to stay at the home for long periods of time and slept there keeping me company during the night whilst the fire brigade pumped our cellar and in case staff couldn’t get in the next morning. her reassurance to the residents was so heartfelt and sincere this made them feel safe and secure.

I would love to see recognition for such a lovely lady.
