Max has been a carer for us for almost 7 years and has always put his heart and soul into his job. He’s a passionate carer who always does what’s best for his service users. He is very loved by his service users, fellow carers and the office staff.

Max has worked all the way through the current pandemic despite being 70+ and has maintained an extremely high level of care throughout, as he always does.

Max gives the best hugs (when not social distancing) and always puts a smile on everyone’s face. He truly is an amazing man.
