All About Home Care was founded 3 years ago to help their clients to live independently in the comfort of their own home. They provide specialist care for those living with dementia and with neurological conditions, and for those approaching the end of life.
Kieron Brennan, Director of the service, explains that their focus from the start was on delivering outstanding care for their clients and supporting and developing their care team.
As a regulated company, they knew the importance of having high quality robust policies and procedures and selected the QCS system because of the comprehensiveness and quality of the policies which are kept up to date as regulation or legislative changes.
All About Home Care is passionate about quality management and the QCS Quality Assurance polices play a key part in their quality management process. They use the Mock Inspection Toolkit to undertake regular internal audits, and this helped them to be ready for a recent unannounced inspection and to provide the data the inspector requested. As a result, they were able to provide ‘evidence’ that they are an outstanding care service.
Being awarded an Outstanding rating in their CQC inspection has been highly motivational for the All About Home Care team, while the QCS system and App has freed up their time to focus on their clients, and delivering excellent levels of care.
