National Care Awards - Supplier of the Year finalist 2024 | QCS

QCS Nominated for ‘Supplier of the Year’ for the Second Consecutive Year

September 6, 2024

We are delighted to announce that QCS has been named a finalist for the ‘Supplier of the Year’ award at the upcoming National Care Awards, under the Tech and Learning category. This marks the second year in a row we’ve been nominated, a reflection of our continuous innovation in supporting the care industry.

Our nomination this year is particularly exciting as it follows the recent Carebeans merger, which expands our technological offering in social care. This is just the beginning of something much bigger as we work towards creating a comprehensive Social Care Operating Cloud. By integrating the latest advancements in technology, we continue to develop digital solutions that help our customers improve the quality of care they provide.

Nikki Walker, CEO of QCS, says: “Being nominated for a second time is an incredible honour, and it reflects the hard work and dedication of the entire QCS team. With our Carebeans acquisition, we’re not just offering technology—we’re transforming the future of care by empowering providers with innovative, joined-up digital solutions.

At the heart of this nomination is our products QCS Compliance Centre, QCS Quality Centre and QCS Dementia Centre which all continue to make a significant difference for care providers. Whether for compliance, staff education, ongoing assessments and quality dementia care. It keeps simplifying compliance with continued new innovations. This makes for happy customers like Sophie Hare at Sussex Grange who stresses the positive impact QCS has had on her business. “We no longer have to worry that we have missed a change in legislation as every time guidance changes, QCS sends us an alert. QCS provides us with an updated policy an hour or two after the government had changed its guidance”.

The Supplier of the Year award is designed to recognise those suppliers who have made an outstanding contribution to the care industry by going above and beyond for their customers. Being shortlisted as a finalist once again is a testament to our commitment to empowering care providers through technology.

Winners will be announced at the National Care Awards on 29th November. We’ve got our fingers crossed!
