A new policy for Domiciliary Care which may also be relevant to some Supported Living Clients, depending on their operating model. This policy reflects that a No Reply situation is an emergency in home care and there is an emphasis on the need to ensure all staff are aware of the importance of this policy. It should be read in conjunction with the Missing Individual Policy and Procedure and the Safeguarding Policy and Procedure.
