Make a referral on the QCS Refer and Earn page.
The incentive for this scheme is an up to £600 cash reward for the referrer and up to £300 discount to the referred business at point of sale, subject to the QCS Referral Scheme Terms and Conditions.
Here is a simple table to show how much reward you can get:

If a Referrer introduces more than 4 new Referred companies within a 12-month period, the Referrer will receive a £500 cash bonus from QCS.
The multi-product referral rewards came into effect on 5 February 2024. Referrals prior to this date received the previous referral reward, £250 reward for the referrer and £50 discount to the business introduced at point of sale.
QCS Referral Scheme Terms and Conditions
To make a valid referral, you must complete the webform at https://www.qcs.co.uk/refer-earn/
Please note that only referrals submitted through the https://www.qcs.co.uk/refer-earn/ form will qualify.
To qualify, the Referred company must sign up to QCS within 6 weeks of referral.
Referrals will only be eligible if the Referred company is not already in conversation with QCS via any other channel.
There is only one reward for each Referred company/organisation referred.
If a Referred company is sent by multiple Referrers, whichever Referrer submitted the referral first will be deemed as the Referrer.
Referrals will be deemed as ineligible if an existing client refers their own franchisee or a new location of a group that is already an existing customer.
There is no limit to the number of businesses a Referrer can refer in our “Refer and Earn” scheme.
The Referrer may be named in communication between QCS and the Referred company.
Referral fees will only be issued for valid referrals once the Referred company has signed a contract to become a QCS client and paid their first direct debit payment.
To constitute a successful referral, the Referred company must pay for an Annual Plan or clear its first direct debit payment in case they take up a Monthly plan with QCS.
Referral fee payments will be issued within 45 days of the contract being signed. All payments are discretionary. QCS reserves the right to change payment terms in the future.
The QCS “Refer and Earn” referral scheme is available to UK residents only and is open to existing, previous and non-QCS clients.
In the event of a Referrer not receiving a referral fee, a claim must be raised for consideration to [email protected] within 90 days of the referral form submission. Any claims made after 90 days will not be eligible for a referral fee.
