The QCS Scottish Social Care Management System is a comprehensive solution for achieving compliance with Scotland’s health and social care regulator, the Care Inspectorate. From April 2018, care homes and domiciliary care services for older people will no longer be inspected by using the Quality Themes and Statements and instead by the new Five Questions and Quality Indicators.
