Care & Nursing Homes
Scottish Social Care Management System

Scottish Social Care Management System

  • Supports your Care Inspectorate Compliance under the Public Services Reform (Scotland) Act 2010
  • Save Time — How long would it take you to create and update 2,300+ pages of guidance?
  • Documents are fully customised to you as required by the Care Inspectorate

The QCS Scottish Social Care Management System is a comprehensive solution for achieving compliance with Scotland’s health and social care regulator, the Care Inspectorate. From April 2018, care homes and domiciliary care services for older people will no longer be inspected by using the Quality Themes and Statements and instead by the new Five Questions and Quality Indicators.

All of our policies, procedures and compliance tools are aligned with this new Inspection framework, helping you to manage your business effectively, and prepare for your next inspection.

Furthermore, we are currently developing a brand new suite of self-audit tools based on the new inspection framework. These include surveys, mock inspection toolkits and a very simple way of showing the Care Inspectorate the evidence that you have the new standards covered.
