Barry Price

Specialist in Adults with Learning Disabilities and Complex Needs

Barry started his Social Care career in 2005 as a care assistant in a Brain Injury and Rehabilitation centre. Since then he has progressed through this journey including holding Registered Manager and Nominated individual roles. His career has taken him on a varied adventure through the sector working within; Learning disabilities, Autism, Older Peoples Services as well as  Dementia, Brain injuries and Mental Health Services. He has also spent an interesting time within Forensics, the prison service and Young Offenders.

Working for a host of providers from single operators to some of the UK’s largest providers, Barry has developed as a specialist in reorganisation,  systems and process where the love of structure and order has given him a keen eye on forms and paperwork. His recent work projects include turnaround management, restructures business development, setting up new business’ from scratch. Barry has a passion for working alongside adults with learning disabilities and associated complex needs leading teams to ensure that high-quality person-centred care and support is at the forefront at all times.
