Flo is an Associate at Clarion Solicitors in their Commercial, IT and Privacy team. Flo advises organisations on a range of commercial and privacy issues, including data protection and the General Data Protection Regulation 2016. Flo also drafts, reviews and negotiates commercial agreements, including sale and purchase, agency, distribution, franchise, outsourcing and website development and hosting agreements, and provides advice around consumer regulations. Flo acts for a range of clients, from start-up companies and owner managed businesses to large corporates and international PLCs across a number of sectors, and regularly delivers training and presentations to those clients.
Flo qualified at Clarion in 2014, having studied Law with French at the University of Sheffield. In her spare time, Flo enjoys skiing (despite having recently suffered a broken femur during a skiing holiday!), cake baking and trying to keep fit to reduce the adverse effects of cake baking.
