We are improving the way you receive your policy updates

You may have noticed from our emails or our meet the team page that we have had a lot of new team members join us this year. At QCS we strive for excellence, and our new team members are working on some really exciting projects that we think you’re going to love.

Our goal is to give you the best guidance, resources and training materials to help you and your staff to not only be compliant, but to be on the cutting edge of best practice, whilst simplifying how you use these materials.

Our latest initiative has been focussed on refreshing your indexes and the Policy Centre to help put the information you need right at your fingertips. This is the first step in some very exciting new features that you will see over the coming weeks and months.

Enhanced Online Index

We have made the online indexes even more comprehensive by adding the ability to include the Reviewed date and Amended date. Having this enhanced index online enables you to quickly and easily access live, up-to-date details on your policy documents.

To access this new enhanced feature, simply go to your Admin Tools, Print Contents/Indexes, select the category you wish to view and click ‘Print Index’. This will then give you the latest index for that category where you can either print it or save it.

 

Alternatively, you can access the index directly from your Policy Centre by clicking on the desired category where you will find an icon on the top right hand corner enabling you to preview the index.

Reviewed and Amended Date

Not only do we have the enhanced index feature, but we have also included the Reviewed and Amended dates information within the Policy Centre and search results. This gives you a snap shot of recent reviews and changes whenever you’re using your online system, making it hassle free!

Additionally, you will soon have a new, upgraded version of our compare policies feature. Policy Centre

We’ve made a couple of changes to the categories in your policy centre so that they are more closely aligned with your folders and so that the categories most important to you are more easily available. We’ve taken the Care Planning and Medications Management sub-categories and made them into their own categories, swiftly accessible from the main policy centre.
