Barry began his career in care in 2005 and has worked across a wide range of services including learning disabilities, autism, dementia, brain injuries, forensics, and so much more. A former Registered Manager and Nominated Individual, Barry specialises in systems, turnaround management, and supporting both small providers and large organisations to launch and restructure. He brings great insight into what works – and what to watch out for – when starting a new service
Hannah Kelly – Domiciliary Care Specialist
Hannah has dedicated over 20 years to the domiciliary care sector, progressing from community carer to registered manager and compliance lead. She brings deep expertise in moving and handling, dementia, and palliative care – and is passionate about ensuring personalised, meaningful care for service users. Hannah is currently training in Mindfulness Life Coaching, aiming to bring wellbeing and reflection into the heart of care.
