Do I need business use car insurance for domiciliary care if I don’t take clients out?

The employee will need to check this with their insurer. If they are only commuting to and from their place of work then my view would be they only need social, domestic, pleasure and commuting, but I know some insurers can be funny with this. For example, we never really transport our clients around in our cars, but we have to have business cover for going to on-site meetings.
