His team work with and support clients to develop and implement health and safety policies and wider health and safety management systems, including developing risk assessments, carrying out site audits and inspections, fire risk assessment and provision of specialist technical support information. |

Phill provides health and safety consultancy services, and training to his portfolio of clients. Phill works with new clients to establish the health and safety support services that can be offered and attends new client proposal meetings. Phill is also a member of the association of project safety and has a wealth of experience in providing CDM advice within the construction sector and clinical settings. |
