To achieve good governance in your service you must demonstrate continuous quality improvement. Auditing and documenting the effectiveness of the processes and systems you have in place and taking time to observe and document how people experience your service, will provide evidence about the great care you provide, and where improvements are needed. Allowing you to demonstrate openly how you plan to make improvements.

During this webinar our experts will explore with Dwell Homecare Ltd. why auditing is so important to help you demonstrate how you ensure your service is continuously improving and how you can provide digital evidence about the high-quality care you provide. We will then showcase the new QCS Audit Centre product, a powerful and configurable tool aligned with a comprehensive range of audit templates helping you to quickly establish an audit programme for your service.

The discussion will cover:

  • The importance of auditing
  • Understanding how to do an audit well
  • How to overcome the challenges to completing effective audits
  • How effective auditing helps you demonstrate great care, good governance and continuous improvement
  • How QCS Audit Centre can make conducting an audit a simple online process to help you become better at what you do – delivering great care to the people you support

There will also be the chance for you to join in with the live Q&A! Just submit your questions when you register.
