Catering Hazard Analysis (HACCP) Policy and Procedure

Residential Services Hygiene Region: | Reference: WKH02

This policy sets out how the service will comply fully with food hygiene legislation by the application of HACCP principles. Its ultimate aim is to provide assurance of safe working practices for services users. During its review, there have been minor grammar changes and a further Welsh reading resource added.
