Emergency Communication Policy and Procedure #3

Policy converted to the new QCS format. The policy sets out to establish the communication standards required when dealing with emergencies. This includes staff escalation processes as well as communicating with Service Users, family members and the media. This policy should be read in conjunction with the Business Continuity Policy and Procedure. This policy also has a new reference code, it was previously SAC07.
