Emergency Communication Policy and Procedure #5

The policy sets out to establish the communication standards required when dealing with emergencies. This includes staff escalation processes as well as communicating with Individuals, family members and the media. This policy should be read in conjunction with the Business Continuity Policy and Procedure. This policy previously had the reference number WAC07.
