Food Allergens Policy and Procedure

This policy provides information in relation to the 14 food allergens and what a service should do if an individual has an allergy. It has been reviewed with minor content changes and additional Further Reading resources added that staff should familiarise themselves with. The Welsh lines of enquiry have also been added to the policy.
