This policy has been reviewed and converted to the new QCS format. It sets out the standards for menu selection and offers suggestions and procedures to achieve a quality menu. The policy’s overarching aim is to ensure service user choice is paramount and highlights the responsibilities of staff who have any part in the dining experience.
