Staff Contracts Policy and Procedure #4

Human Resources Contract of Employment Region: | Reference: SPC13

This policy will support a service with new or existing staff who require contracts and it includes templates to use. The contract has been reviewed and updated to reference the relevant policies on the QCS system and to reflect the requirements of the Data Security and Protection Toolkit clauses on confidentiality. The title of the policy has also changed from ‘Statement of Main Terms and Conditions of Employment – Variation Policy and Procedure’ to ‘Staff Contracts Policy and Procedure’.
