CIW Quick Start Guidance Policy and Procedure

This policy, which has been converted to the new QCS format, assists services to be in a continual state of readiness for baseline and focused inspections. It also sets guidelines for dealing with Notices of Non-Compliance, and states ways in which all staff and Individuals can use the inspection process constructively to bring about service improvements.
